Following Sophie Turner's lawsuit against Joe Jonas regarding their two children's location, the estranged couple has come to a temporary resolution.
In the wake of Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner's legal action against her estranged husband, Joe Jonas, seeking permission for their children—3-year-old daughter Willa and a 14-month-old daughter referred to as DMJ—to return to England with her, the former couple has now reached a temporary agreement regarding the whereabouts of their two daughters.
According to an interim consent order filed on September 25, which E! News obtained, both Joe and Sophie are "prohibited from removing their two children [...] or causing the children to be removed from the jurisdictions of the United States District Courts for the Southern & Eastern Districts of New York pending further order of this Court."
This stipulation means that their daughters cannot be taken out of the greater New York City area, encompassing not just the city itself but also the Hudson Valley and Long Island. Furthermore, the documents reveal that both Joe and Sophie have been instructed to attend an initial pretrial conference on October 3, with the option to participate virtually.
E! News has reached out to the attorneys representing Joe and Sophie for comments but has not received a response as of yet.
