LSU Claims NCAA Victory.

In a historic victory, LSU led by Flaujae and coached by Kim Mulkey, claimed their first NCAA title and Mulkey's fourth by defeating Clark and Iowa.

Following their stunning win against Iowa on Sunday, April 2, 2023, in Dallas, LSU head coach Kim Mulkey proudly held the championship trophy. Returning to her home state of Louisiana with a mission to secure a basketball championship for LSU, Mulkey accomplished this feat in just her second year as head coach.

The Tigers set a new offensive record, scoring an impressive 102 points against Iowa, ultimately earning the school's first-ever basketball title in men's or women's division.
